I ordered this dress in size 9- 12 months for my daughter’s first birthday which was an ice cream themed party. I had a back up dress ordered just in case one didn’t work. The package came quite quick considering I was from Ukraine. I also paid for an express shipping. It took a few weeks. I was thrilled with the dress as soon as I opened it.
