If you see the item on the website, it means that it is in stock now. We keep our website up to date with all available items and sizes. Any items that are on pre-order will have an expected ship date noted. We will contact you under rare circumstances of a delay for an in-stock item. You order is marked as completed when the then package is shipped. We accept PayPal method of payment, which is preferred by international customers for ease and conversion rates. If your item is in stock now, your package will be shipped in 1-2 days business days. If you are from the USA, your order will shipped from the warehouse in the USA, the standard shipping will be free for you. It takes 4-5 business days. Express delivery in the USA takes 1-2 days, and it takes 28-35 dollars, it depends on post carrier you choose. If you order from anywhere else, delivery takes 7-18 days, it depends on the country. We use such post carrier services: USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, Ukrposta, Nova Posta. There will be taxes and fees that your country will charge, these will be calculated and collected at customs in your country. You will receive the message on your email from post service company. When the package is shipped, we add the trecknumber to your order. You can check the trecknumber at websites of post carrier company. If there is a zipper in your items (dresses), please, use the next instructions : hold 2 pieces tightly together with one hand and zip up with another hand. Be careful in the waist area especially not to let zipper get stuck. We do not recommend washing your baby's outfit before they wear it on event day. But delicate washing in cold water is possible, only in cold water, by hand. Don't use dry machine, because fabrics and lace are delicate and be damaged. If you do wish to iron stubborn wrinkles, use it on a low setting and use either tissue paper or a layer of cotton in between to keep the materials safe from water drops or overheating.

You have 14 days if the size of the item is not correct to return the item. Our dresses are sent out in new condition, any dresses that have been worn, damaged, washed, smell of something, will be denied. And you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to you.
