We offer exchanges for size within 14 days of delivery, but we do not  accept Returns/Refunds. This means the dress must be received back to us on or before the 14th day of delivery date. The bloomers and blankets are not exchangeable, they are final sale.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Our dresses are sent out in new condition, any dresses that have been worn, damaged, washed, smell of something, will be denied. And you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to you.

We do not offer returns, refunds for used dresses.
